Macrocrystalline or Heavy Grain Zinc Phosphate
Macrocrystalline zinc phosphate provides a robust coating that effectively removes surface deposits such as oil and rust. This durable and versatile finish is ideal as a pretreatment for painted parts. With a coating weight ranging from 300–500 micrograms per square foot, this line is permanently certified to meet the TT-C-490 specification, and additional job-specific certifications can be arranged upon request.
Microcrystalline or Light Grain Zinc Phosphate
Our microcrystalline zinc phosphate process offers a lighter, uniform coating, perfect for parts requiring superior surface preparation. Complementing this, CMC’s state-of-the-art paint lines feature three overhead conveyors, eight paint booths, and an advanced oven system designed for both batch processing and uninterrupted baking at various temperatures. With lines of different sizes and specifications, we can accommodate virtually any painted part with precision and efficiency.
